Welcome to W-Motor Service. We are more of an "old engineers’ club" than a regular commercial enterprise: aviation is our passion. We love aircraft, we love flying, and we are striving to preserve the general aviation, its technological heritage and the skills of the technical personnel. Our main line of work is overhaul and revision of piston and turbine engines including historical ones. We also perform light aircraft maintenance.

We hold EASA approvals as maintenance organisation (CZ.CAO.0025) and design organisation with alternative procedures (EASA.AP549), and Czech national approvals for maintenance (CZ.006.0025-CAO), design (L-NP-034-3) and testing (L-3-068/3). We are also working towards establishing production of parts for aircraft engines of Czech design.

Our design portfolio includes type certificates for the Walter Minor III family of inline piston engines (WM4-III, WM4-IIIS, WM6-III, WM6-IIIS) and Praga Doris M-208B1 horizontally opposed engine, as well as supplemental type certificates we developed for TBO extension (EASA STC 10033420) and for alternative overhaul and revision procedures (EASA 10067113) of the LOM Praha M137/337/332 engine family.

Our facility is located at the Bubovice airfield (LKBU), about 20 km SW of Prague, and includes a maintenance hangar, engine shops, an NDT station, ground test cells and aircraft parking areas.
